In summer of 2016, Rieckhoff served as an advisor to a number of former clients and as Chief Revenue Officer at VFILES, a fashion-focused social platform. Previously, Rieckhoff served as an Agent at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), the world's leading entertainment & sports agency. She joined CAA in 2002 in the Commercial Endorsement space. In 2010, she transitioned internally to focus on forging strategic marketing and content partnerships between the world’s top brands, media companies, content creators and talent. Her roster of representation included both traditional Talent as well as fashion & entertainment properties, and she has been featured in such publications as Billboard, Women’s Wear Daily, and Variety.
She began her career in entertainment as a Casting Associate for HBO's SEX & THE CITY, then joined Viacom as Program Coordinator for MTV Networks implementing strategies for emerging unscripted tv shows.
Rieckhoff is a dedicated supporter of Iraq & Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA). She is currently on the Board of Trustees for Compass Charter, a progressive elementary school in Brooklyn. Previously, Rieckhoff served 4 yrs as VP of the NY Board for Step Up Women’s Network, a national, non-profit dedicated to training the next generation of female philanthropists.
