In the midst of a pandemic, we were challenged to rethink how to elevate and position FSF as a modern and meaningful institution, when virtual events felt tiresome, sponsorship budgets were slashed, and American Fashion was reeling from financial free fall. Enter “FACING FASHION” – a multifaceted fundraising platform dedicated to amplifying FSF far beyond its traditional community of supporters through a steady cadence of virtual activations and digital campaigns.

WE crafted a global program where simply popping a cork was a means to fighting global hunger

Tasked with creating the winemakers first ever philanthropic investment, we took a subject close to the Sarah Jessica’s heart, children’s hunger, and uncovered a way to give back to communities in need. We brought together the FEED Foundation with Invivo X, SJP in a yearlong global commitment to provide over 330,000 meals to fight childhood global hunger.

Karen Duffy

Prior to cofounding wilyfoXX, Karen served as Senior Vice President and Fashion Director for DDCD on behalf of American Express and Verizon, where she led all partnerships, talent, and experiential marketing/ communications programs that included overseeing American Express’ “Access Fashion” strategy and execution, French company Vente Privee’s US brand acquisition, and a two-year stint standing up Verizon go90’s Talent Marketing division.​

Throughout her career, she’s nurtured relations with retail, production, media, and creative communities, including Net-A-Porter, Jagged Films, Conde Nast, and Milk Studios, to name a few.

Before working in partnerships, Karen led in-house communication and celebrity efforts for Christian Dior, Valentino, and Barneys New York.​​ In November 2017, she cofounded wilyfoXX to help breakthrough brands leverage mutually beneficial relationships and strategic marketing programs within fashion and entertainment.​

Lauren Rieckhoff

Starting in the late 90’s as a casting associate for Sex & the City, Lauren found her niche in supporting female driven content in Entertainment. By 2002, she joined Creative Artists Agency (CAA) as the first female Agent in the New York office. Following a 14-year tenure, Lauren left the Agency to pursue her entrepreneurial passion of co-founding a boutique strategic advisory in the heart of downtown Manhattan.​

According to Google Chairman Eric Schmidt,“I’ve worked with Lauren for many years. She has an unusual knack for putting the right people together to solve almost any problem imaginable.”

Lauren’s stellar reputation and continued success is based on her philosophy of applying the principles of traditional talent representation to emerging business models. Forging strategic influencer and content partnerships between the world’s top brands, media companies, content creators and talent has positioned her to be sought after by today’s most inspired companies.​
